Overview

Casi 67 is designed as a dual key residence and can be used as a luxury 4 bedroom home or separately as two self contained 2 bedroom apartments located in a quiet and secluded corner of the village yet only a 3 minute walk from the free shuttle bus #8 stop. We are also one of the only homes in Hirafu with an outdoor 5 person hot tub which is constantly heated to a muscle soothing 40 degrees

Each apartment is finished in a modern wooden style with heated wooden floors and 4 meter vaulted ceilings in the living area with exposed wooden beams. Appointments include 50 inch Hitachi full high definition plasma televisions and top of the range Denon DVD/sound system complete with an IPod dock that allows you to scroll through your iPod menu on the plasma screen. There is also a second 20 inch plasma TV with DVD player in each apartment and a huge selection of DVD's including kids movies to choose from

Specifically designed as a ski lodge we have one of the largest floor heated dry rooms in a residence in Hirafu with space for up to 10 sets or ski's/snowboards and hanging space for more than 10 sets of ski gear. There is also ample storage for snow board and ski bags in the dry room and the adjoining laundry room is equipped with a fully automatic washer/dryer

Each unit has a toilet on each floor with heated seat, washlet, wash basin & mirror
Each bathroom has both a shower and a full size bath with separate basin/mirror area and is supplied with a hair dryer
The laundry room has a fully automatic washer/dryer which can be programmed to do a continuous wash & dry cycle or either a wash or dry only cycle
Ironing board and iron supplied in each unit

Key Features cont.

An additional 20 inch plasma TV is supplied in both apartments and has a built in DVD player. This is a bilingual television and can also be used to watch local Japanese chanels or as a slave to the main TV to watch satellite programs
Each unit boasts two 3-seater-sofas, leather bean bag and coffee table
The East dining area has seating for 6 people and table settings for 6 - the West apartment table can cater for up to 8 people and has table settings etc for 8 for when the apartment is used as a 4 bedroom house
Each kitchen has a 3 burner IH hot-plate with range hood, automatic toaster, automatic hot water jug and a combination microwave/convection oven. The fridge comes equipped with ice maker and several compartments for fridge & freezer use
